The High Performance Society is a 12-month virtual mastermind for high-level professional women looking to step into their full potential in 2021.

Coach Susan here. I created this program because I identified a gap in my client’s growth journey needs - the need for masterminding, collaboration, innovation and the inspiration that happens in group coaching work. One of the biggest 2.0 level growth needs is connection (a sense of belonging and emotional resonance) - all of which I’m inspired to unlock for you all in this program. I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful, explosive , fulfilling and fun growth can be when happening in group work and my inspiration for creating this program is driven by my passion to help you unlock even higher degrees of your potential, which you will experience yourself along the way at this 2.0 stage of group growth work.
