The program will start on June 12 2021
The courses and content will officially begin once you have scheduled your first 1-on-1 session with Rob.
An incredible sense of clarity, support, passion, purpose, motivation, confidence, courage, empowerment, inspiration, joy, fulfillment and accelerated growth.
The Leadership Launchpad Project will meet once a week for a virtual video call session. All of the calls will be recorded in case you cannot attend any of them. Outside of the calls and three 1 hour coaching calls with Rob you can spend as much or as little time as you want on your personal work, and networking in our private group to connect with other members of the Leadership Launchpad Project.
Questions can be held onto until one of the sessions and shared with the group as a whole to get feedback from not only Rob, Lauren, but also the other members. You can also post questions in the private LinkedIn group to get feedback from Rob, Lauren and other members. Lastly, you can ask Rob any of these questions during your three 1-on-1 coaching calls.
The videos are yours to keep. You will have ongoing access to watch and review them as many times as you see fit.
