The Launchpad - Mastermind
We did it Dream Team - we all successfully turned this period of collective adversity into one massively accelerated opportunity for our growth. We are officially ready to launch, to step up and step out into the world as High-Performers on a mission to play our biggest impact game!
How incredible did it feel to collectively cross that finish line together? To hear all the amazing success stories, to feel the emotional resonance of pure joy, passion, excitement, pride and support from your fellow teammates and best of all, to bask in the new future possibilities now available to us all through the lens of our newly architected High-Performance Mindsets.
I couldn’t be any happier or more fulfilled as your fearless leader - the chemistry of this group was so next level and impossible for me manufacture on my own. I’ve played on a lot of championship teams, so trust me when I tell you, this group’s chemistry was world class and clearly meant to come together when we all did.
So here we go...time to step out onto the other side of the gates here at the 12-week mark, where we will be challenged to sustain the efforts and consistency that lead to such breakthrough results. After last nights final call, how are we all feeling about our next steps?
As your coach, I could clearly calibrate what you all were feeling about this transitioning point (as I always say, those states don’t lie - and hopefully we all calibrated the needs unmet based on the overwhelmingly unanimous sentiment). And so as promised, I’m here to do whatever I can, in your corner, to support you in making this transition point a successful one.
As of this morning, I have decided to launch us into phase 2 of this accelerated growth journey, “The Launchpad - Mastermind”, so that we not only can protect and preserve all the gains we made over the last 12-weeks, but so that we can collectively:
-stay consistent with the new habits, disciplines and routines developed in the program
-fully integrate all of the new learnings, strategies and resources gained
-continue to seek clarity and commitment to our most important intentions for growth
-stay accountable to our commitments and highest priority intentions
-continue to be pushed and challenged outside of our comfort zones
-develop greater resiliency to protect against the subconscious mind’s desire/tendency to revert to old pathways and patterns
-be coached live by me with any real time roadblocks/resistance/blind spots we run up against
-continue to resonate with our teammates, share in their personal challenges, celebrate their victories, help to identify opportunities for growth and offer additional ideas/resources
The Launchpad - Mastermind will include the following:
-another 12 weeks of coaching and support
-weekly live Mastermind style team calls
-continued access to The Launchpad membership portal (all course content included)
-continued access to The Launchpad Facebook Community
-weekly accountability partners
We are still in this to win this together, so let’s go Dream Team, let’s capitalize on this massive opportunity to live life to our fullest, continue to hold ourselves accountable to our growth, and have lots more fun, laughs and cries as a collective, doing it together!
