Lauren Williams
High-Performance Leadership & Athletic Mindset Coach
Lauren Williams, a former NCAA Division 1 and professional ice hockey player, initiated her coaching journey in high school while striving for hockey excellence in Canada amid significant life challenges. Leveraging mindset coaching, she soared to become a two-time Team Ontario member, 3-time WCHA All-Academic team member, and a senior captain.
A University of Wisconsin graduate in Psychology and Sociology, Lauren continued her academic journey, earning a Masters of Education in Counseling, specialized in Clinical Mental Health. As an ELITE certified coach and Elite’s lead Brain Training for Athletes coach, Lauren empowers athletes, from youth to elite levels, fostering crucial mental skills for peak performance. She worked with the Hockey Canada Women's Development Team as a Mental Performance Coach.
With over 500 hours of certification work through the ELITE coaching process, Lauren also excels as a leadership coach.
